Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. If you change your mind, click on the "View Cart" icon and adjust your order. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We can process any currency, but you will receive the currency equivalent of the UK sterling price on your credit card statement, not online. SmartChartz can accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Maestro, Switch and Solo.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
The shipping charges will be displayed automatically before you commit to place an order.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. We will despatch it within 3 working days of receipt. After despatch, delivery will take approximately 3 working days in the UK (Royal Mail), 5 working days in Europe and 7 working days to the Rest of the World. Large orders will be sent by Courier.

Back Orders
If the item you require is not in stock, we will e-mail you with the option to amend or cancel your order, if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders in the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.

Credit Card Security SmartChartz can accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Maestro, Switch and Solo. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

End to end security :
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and a system recognised by clearing banks. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer in our offices. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. Should you not be, for any reason, you have the right to cancel by notifying us in writing (including fax and email) within ten working days from receipt of the goods. Your return should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received it and should be returned to the address above. Please ensure that you retain proof of postage. We regret that we cannot refund any postage charges incurred unless the goods were faulty or damaged at the time of receipt. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you.
